Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leo Sarsola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mic Hael (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sarsola might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mono - 16.12. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Sarsola - that will leave a mark!
Hael lands a really nice looking cross but Sarsola seems unphased.
Sarsola feints and then cracks Hael's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hael down.
Hael connects with a right hand. Sarsola shakes it off.
Sarsola uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hael.
Sarsola slips a jab and a cross from Hael.
Nice uppercut lands for Hael. That snapped Sarsola's head back.
Sarsola throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hael sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hael connects with an inside leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sarsola.
Sarsola misses with a straight left.

Sarsola misses with an uppercut. Hael saw that one coming.
Some bone on bone action there as Sarsola checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

and Sarsola counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Hael looks for a takedown but Sarsola sprawls well.
Hael throws a sloppy head kick and Sarsola moves out of range easily.
Sarsola shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Sarsola's corner calls for a 1-2. Sarsola obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Sarsola fails with a takedown attempt.
Sarsola connects with a looping right hand.

Hael blocks a head kick by Sarsola.
Leo Sarsola seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hael works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sarsola lands a body shot.
Hael with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sarsola to score with a decent uppercut.
Hael scores with a nice strike.
Hael slips a straight right by Sarsola.
Hael throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Hael scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sarsola doesn't seem bothered though.
Hael throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hael checks the leg kick nicely there.
Hael takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hael, as that shot connected.

Sarsola on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hael scores with a nice right hand.
Crunch! Hael slams his shin into Sarsola's torso.
Hael throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Sarsola counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hael misses with a looping left.
Hael takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sarsola throws a solid leg kick but Hael takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sarsola.
Sarsola fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leo Sarsola. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hael throws an overhand right that lands on Sarsola's shoulder, as Sarsola tries to avoid the shot.
Nice jab there from Sarsola.
Hael fails in his attempt to clinch.
Sarsola takes one on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sarsola tries for a takedown but Hael circles away easily
and Hael makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Hael misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sarsola.
Sarsola throws a chopping leg kick but Hael manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Hael looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A solid leg kick lands there for Sarsola.
Sarsola turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Hael feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sarsolas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Hael throws a jab but it's blocked by Sarsola.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hael connects with a high kick.
Sarsola is rocked!
A big left from Sarsola misses.
Oh Sarsola is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hael throws a nice outside leg kick.
Hael steps in with a hook that catches Sarsola right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Hael follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Sarsola looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mic Hael!
In his post fight interview, Mic Hael gave a big smile as he said 'Thanks for a fine fight'.
