Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zen Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eminem,50 Cent-till in collapse. John Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, John Jones!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to clinch there but Blood circles away.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Blood paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jones stuffs the takedown.
Jones throws a head kick but Blood moves out of range.

Jones gets a clinch.
Jones misses with a knee strike.
Jones is pressed up against the cage. Blood has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jones down to the mat. Jones avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Blood gets the takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Blood is trying to get an arm triangle but Jones is defending well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Blood looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Jones is avoiding damage well.
Jones looks winded!
Blood fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Blood sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Jones is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Blood has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Blood has hold of Jones's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Jones tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Blood cranks the arm and Jones screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Jones, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Zen Blood!
Zen Blood opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
