Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Bosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jethro Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bosh's jab looks to have found its range, popping Savage under the eye.
Bosh throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Bosh changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Savage looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Savage sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Savage tries to roll over but Bosh keeps him under control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bosh connects with a nice short shot to Savage's temple.
Bosh scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Savage works his way to full guard. Good work.
Savage looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bosh is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bosh working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Bosh keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Savage's head.
Bosh missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Savage is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Savage looking for a guillotine here but Bosh defends easily.
Savage wants to sweep here but Bosh controlling him for the moment.
