Yank kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I was made for loving you baby. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yank fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Franklin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That has opened up Lance Franklin's cut even more.

and Yank counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Franklin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Yank moves away.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Yank.

Yank scores with a jab. Franklin acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Yank lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Franklin circles away quickly and effectively.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Yank, right into the meat.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
