Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Ventura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Alldren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Alldren's choice of entrance music: OK State Fight Song. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alldren shoots in looking for a takedown but Ventura manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Alldren's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ventura defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Alldren.
Alldren throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ventura throws a sloppy head kick and Alldren moves out of range easily.

Alldren closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Ventura's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Alldren swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Alldren shoots in looking for a takedown. Ventura tries to sprawl out of it but Alldren keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ventura manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Alldren is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ventura.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Alldren crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ventura - the referee stops the clock and Alldren gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ventura. Alldren manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Alldren shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ventura as he jumps to the side.

Alldren on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nate Alldren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ventura pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Alldren on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ventura. Ventura obviously looking to wear him down.
