The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corpor scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Makdessi doesn't seem bothered though.
Myles Makdessi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Makdessi shoots in for a takedown but Corpor shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Corpor stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
