Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Onizuka Stresemann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gigant Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stresemann kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Takashi Sorimachi - Poison . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stresemann tries to sprawl but Silva drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Silva prevents Stresemann from improving his position.

Stresemann is looking for a triangle but Silva pushes his legs off easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva stands up over Stresemann, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva wants to control from the top but Stresemann keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stresemann has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silva can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Silva connects with a nice short shot to Stresemann's temple.
Stresemann is looking for a sweep. Silva is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
