Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Renka Susi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alessandro Maximilian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximilian avoids the body shot from Susi.
Susi drops his hands momentarily and Maximilian takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Susi lands a body shot.
Susi throws a leg kick that is checked
and Maximilian counters with a nice low kick that buckles Susi's knee momentarily.
Susi looks to throw the jab but Maximilian is out of range.
Susi misses with a body shot.
Maximilian slips a jab from Susi.
Susi looks to land a right hand but Maximilian moved out of range.
Susi pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Maximilian ducks under a wild hook from Susi.
Maximilian throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Maximilian has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Susi finds it's way round the side to connect with Maximilian's head.

and Susi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Maximilian throws a hook but Susi avoids it easily.
Susi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Maximilian manages to avoid it.

Susi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Susi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Maximilian. Maximilian obviously looking to wear him down.
Alessandro Maximilian is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Susi swings widly with a right hand
and Maximilian counters with a thumping low kick.
Maximilian misses with a double jab.
Susi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Maximilian throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Maximilian lands with a thumping leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maximilian throws a low kick, looking for Susi's leg but Susi calmly moves out of range.
Maximilian feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Susi's calf.
Maximilian misses with a low kick as Susi jumps back.
Maximilian takes a swing at Susi's ribcage but misses.
Maximilian getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Susi misses with the body kick
and Maximilian makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Maximilian throws the left hand but Susi avoids the punch easily.

Maximilian goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Maximilian steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Susi.
Susi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Maximilian momentarily.
Susi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Maximilian.
Maximilian avoids a kick to the body.
Susi misses with a low kick.
Susi is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Susi blocks a low kick nicely.

Maximilian lands the left hand.
Maximilian throws a nice head kick!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Susi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Maximilian manages to avoid it.
Maximilian ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Maximilian throws a leg kick but Susi sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Maximilian jabs Susi to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Susi blocks the body kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Susi lands a nice shot to the body.
Maximilian scores with a kick to the midsection.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alessandro Maximilian dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

It looks like Renka Susi has been cut.
Susi throws out a leg kick but Maximilian moves out of range and Susi only half commits.

and Maximilian counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Maximilian looks at the referee who does nothing so Maximilian lands a crushing right that sends Susi to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
