The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pierre chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Koothrappali can pounce on him.
Pierre feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Koothrappalis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Pierre connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Koothrappali's hands.
Koothrappali takes a swing at Pierre's ribcage but misses.

Rajesh Koothrappali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
