Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Syd Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joaquin Saez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Datsik comes to the cage accompanied by Let The Rhythm Hit Em. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Datsik but Datsik pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Saez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Datsik throws a shot from downtown. Saez moves away and avoids it.
Datsik dips to his left and cracks Saez with an uppercut!
Saez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Horrible takedown by Saez or perhaps it was just good defense by Datsik which made him look bad.
Syd Datsik has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joaquin Saez.
Saez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Datsik's waist but Datsik gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Saez off to one side.
Saez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Datsik is pressed up against the cage. Saez has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Datsik down to the mat. Datsik avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Saez shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Saez is working for takedown but Datsik is calmly controlling the position for now.
Saez wants to take the fight to the mat but Datsik manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Saez drops his hands momentarily and Datsik takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Datsik lands a left and a right that send Saez crashing to the mat, dazed. Datsik thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Saez is rocked!
Syd Datsik is winning the standup battle so far.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Saez shoots in for a takedown but Datsik shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Datsik lands a big right hand that sends Saez crashing to the mat! Datsik stays standing though and waves Saez back to his feet!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Datsik engages and cracks Saez with a massive lead left hook - Saez tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Datsik is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Syd Datsik!
After winning the bout, Syd Datsik thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
