Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slurms Mckenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dexter Morgan has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mckenzie throws a leg kick but Morgan checks it.
Mckenzie moves away from the strike by Morgan.
Morgan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mckenzie misses with a body kick.

Morgan shoots for a double leg takedown but Mckenzie sprawls well. He's pushed Morgan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mckenzie dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Morgan. That did some damage!

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dexter Morgan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Morgan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mckenzie - the referee stops the clock and Morgan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mckenzie. Morgan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Morgan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mckenzie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Morgan stands up over Mckenzie, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Morgan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Morgan is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Mckenzie is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Morgan postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Mckenzie looks a forlorn figure.

Mckenzie is desperately trying to improve his position but Morgan has a good base and remains in mount.

Morgan looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Mckenzie covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
