Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Kampmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Storm Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eye of the Tiger. Chris Kampmann has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Chris Kampmann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Storm Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson shoots in but Kampmann avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jackson. Kampmann does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jackson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kampmann's waist but Kampmann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side.
Nice defenses there by Kampmann.
Jackson throws the left hand but Kampmann avoids the punch easily.
A slow jab from Jackson misses its intended target.
Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Kampmann, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Kampmann against the cage but Kampmann circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Chris Kampmann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Storm Jackson.
Kampmann lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jackson's sensitive parts.
Kampmann slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.
Jackson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Jackson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kampmann sprawls well. Kampmann wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet.

Jackson shoots in for a takedown but Kampmann shows good takedown defense.

A solid leg kick lands there for Kampmann.
Kampmann lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Jackson crumples to the floor! Kampmann milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

A very excited looking Chris Kampmann made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
