Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alan Sharpe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gilbert Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sharpe comes to the cage accompanied by Fleetwood Mac - Albatross. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gold misses with an uppercut.
Gold throws a low kick, looking for Sharpe's leg but Sharpe calmly moves out of range.
Gold attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Gold pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gold tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sharpe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gold throws out the jab.
Gold throws a nice outside leg kick.
Gold feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sharpe's calf.
Gold connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sharpe fails with the takedown.
Gold moves out of range of the strikes.

A head kick misses from Gold.
Sharpe closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Gold connects with a solid leg kick.
Gold throws a nice outside leg kick.
Sharpe is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gold sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Gold lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sharpe keeps the fight on the outside.

Gold lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gold lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sharpe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sharpe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Gold gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sharpe has Gold pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gold manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alan Sharpe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gold has a couple of punches blocked by Sharpe.

Gold can't find room to land a body shot as Sharpe controls the action.
Sharpe has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gold is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

The crowd are getting on Gold's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.

Gold lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Gold presses Sharpe against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Gold breaks from the clinch.
Gold is looking to chop away at Sharpe's legs.
Sharpe fails with the takedown.
Gold throws out a loose jab but Sharpe uses good head movement to avoid it.
Gold dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sharpe. That did some damage!
Gold throws a leg kick but Sharpe checks it.
Gold throws a leg kick which misses Sharpe's front leg but catches the back leg as Sharpe tries to avoid it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gold bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sharpe's head.

Gold lands a big head kick that sends Sharpe tumbling to the mat! Gold takes a step backwards and waves Sharpe back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Sharpe is rocked!

It looks like Alan Sharpe has been cut.
Gold closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Sharpe out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
