Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wedge Xiii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soon Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xiii comes to the cage accompanied by Tenacious D - Master Exploder. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xiii throws a body punch but Do moves out of range.

The crowd cheers as Do lands an impressive looking overhand right. Xiii doesn't seem phased though.

Do throws a looping overhand right but Xiii ducks down to avoid it.

A looping hook to the body misses from Do. Xiii does a little dance to reset his feet.
Xiii is trying hard to land a takedown here. Do sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Do drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Do creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Xiii sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Do goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Xiii has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Do but great work by Xiii.

Do is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Xiii defends it well.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

A big strike lands for Do! That's really hurt Xiii and he's turned his back - Do keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Do jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Soon Do was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
