Barretto's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Last Man Standing - By 4ft Fingers. Mike Adamsky has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Adamsky!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adamsky takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Barretto scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Adamsky looks to score with a jab to the body but Barretto is just out of range.
Adamsky avoids the body shot from Barretto.
Roque Barretto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Adamsky keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Barretto thows a leg kick but Adamsky checks it
and Adamsky counters with a nice body shot.
Barretto throws a right hand that Adamsky ducks under and follows up with a left that Adamsky also avoids with ease.

Adamsky lands a leg kick that knocks Barretto off balance momentarily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Adamsky lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Barretto has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Barretto and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Adamsky counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Adamsky.
Adamsky lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Barretto lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Adamsky tries to throw a body punch but Barretto avoids it by throwing Adamsky back against the cage.
Barretto drops down looking for an ankle pick but Adamsky pulls his leg out and moves away.
Barretto scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Adamsky doesn't seem bothered though.

Adamsky bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Adamsky throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Barretto misses with a hook

Barretto has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Adamsky.
Adamsky defending well as Barretto loads up on a big left hand.
Barretto will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Adamsky moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Adamsky dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Barretto. That did some damage!
Adamsky tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barretto was well out of range. Poor timing from Adamsky.

Barretto throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Adamsky is looking to chop away at Barretto's legs.

Barretto does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Adamsky lands a nice leg kick that just misses Barretto's sensitive parts.
Adamsky throws a body kick that misses.
Barretto misses with an uppercut. Adamsky saw that one coming.
Barretto darts in trying to clinch
and Adamsky counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Barretto sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Barretto is breathing heavily.
Adamsky throws a sloppy head kick and Barretto moves out of range easily.
Adamsky slips under a jab from Barretto.
Adamsky throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Adamsky throws a leg kick but Barretto moved away.

Adamsky fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Barretto.
Adamsky throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Barretto stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Barretto misses the jab.

Adamsky has Barretto up against the cage in a clinch.
Adamsky lands a nice uppercut.
Barretto tries to throw a body punch but Adamsky avoids it by throwing Barretto back against the cage.
Adamsky has Barretto pushed against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Adamsky.
Barretto struggles to land a body shot inside as Adamsky controls his hands.
Barretto can't find room to land a body shot as Adamsky controls the action.
Adamsky blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Adamsky.
Adamsky scores a nice knee to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Adamsky manages to break the clinch.

Oooooh!!! Adamsky has knocked Barretto down with a huge combo! Adamsky steps away and waves a wobbly Barretto back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Barretto is rocked!
Adamsky tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Barretto is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barretto throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Barretto drops his hands momentarily and Adamsky needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Barretto just on the top of the head. Barretto drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Barretto - he's done!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mike Adamsky!
A relieved looking Mike Adamsky thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
