Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Godbolt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Sahebt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sahebt waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Godbolt.
Sahebt thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sahebt tries a head kick but it misses.
Godbolt shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Godbolt takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Godbolt tries for a takedown but Sahebt sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Godbolt manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sahebt on his heels. He'll look to pass Sahebt's guard now, I'm sure.
Sahebt pushes Godbolt off and scrambles back to his feet.
Sahebt throws a big shot that misses.

A slow jab from Sahebt misses its intended target.
Sahebt misses with an uppercut.
Sahebt shoots for a double leg takedown but Godbolt sprawls well. He's pushed Sahebt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Godbolt shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sahebt but Sahebt pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Godbolt isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sahebt stacks Godbolt on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sahebt!

Horrible takedown by Godbolt or perhaps it was just good defense by Sahebt which made him look bad.
