Payne comes into the arena with French Montana - Ocho Cinco blaring out of the sound system. Marcus Payne has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khoury walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Payne checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Payne connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Khoury blocks a low kick nicely.
A bone on bone clash there as Khoury blocks the leg kick.
Khoury defending well as Payne loads up on a big left hand.
Payne lands a nice leg kick that just misses Khoury's sensitive parts.
Marcus Payne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khoury connects with a leg kick. Payne looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Payne keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Khoury is still on wobbly legs! Can Payne finish him?
Payne lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Khoury head around and knocks him out cold! Payne hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Marcus Payne decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
