Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Fu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Trejo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fu comes to the cage accompanied by SDJ-COMMANDOS. Trejo has chosen Dire Straits- Six Blade Knife as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thomas Fu!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Danny Trejo!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trejo throws a head kick that misses.
Fu moves out of range as Trejo throws a body kick.
Fu throws a leg kick that misses.
Fu swats away the attempt to clinch by Trejo.
Fu swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Trejo counters with a leg kick.
Trejo looks for the body kick but Fu saw that one coming.
Fu misses with a looping right.
Trejo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Fu displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Fu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fu lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A punch combination from Fu misses.
Trejo feints and then cracks Fu's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fu down.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fu connects with a solid leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Fu.
Fu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Trejo circles away quickly and effectively.

Fu throws a head kick that half lands.

Trejo gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Trejo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fu throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Fu lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Trejo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Fu throws a jab when Trejo was well out of range.

Trejo lands a leg kick that knocks Fu off balance momentarily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Trejo throws a series of punches but Fu moves out of range.

Fu attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Fu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Trejo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Fu with a nice cross.
Some bone on bone action there as Trejo checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Nice sprawl there from Fu as Trejo shoots in.
Trejo stuns Fu with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fu scores with a jab to the head.
Fu is looking to slow Trejo down with leg kicks.
Trejo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fu swings widly with a right hand
and Trejo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fu defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Trejo.
Thomas Fu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Trejo.
Fu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Trejo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Trejo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Trejo is looking to chop away at Fu's legs.

Trejo has taken the fight to the clinch.

Trejo breaks the clinch.
Fu throws a right and a left that Trejo avoids nicely.
Trejo wants to clinch up but Fu keeps it at a distance.
A head kick misses from Fu.
Trejo throws the left hand but Fu avoids the punch easily.
Left hook, right uppercut from Fu.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fu avoids the head kick by Trejo.
Trejo closes the distance and clinches up with Fu, looking for a takedown. Trejo pushes Fu against the cage but Fu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fu does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
A slapping body kick lands there for Trejo.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fu throws a quick inside leg kick.
Thomas Fu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fu throws an overhand right that lands on Trejo's shoulder, as Trejo tries to avoid the shot.
Fu throws a leg kick but Trejo checks it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Thomas Fu will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Trejo counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Fu tries a head kick but it misses.
Thomas Fu is winning the standup battle so far.
Trejo wants to clinch up but Fu keeps it at a distance.
Thomas Fu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fu closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Trejo blocks a leg kick.
Fu is looking to slow Trejo down with leg kicks.
Fu misses with a right hand
and Trejo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.


It looks like Thomas Fu has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fu throws a head kick that Trejo semi-blocks.


Trejo is rocked!
Trejo walks straight into a right hand from Fu - that's dropped him! Fu jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Trejo from any more punishment! Trejo complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Thomas Fu!

A very excited looking Thomas Fu made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
