The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynn digs a good body shot into Eugene's ribs.

and Eugene counters with a three punch combo that has Lynn backing up. Lynn nods at Eugene to acknowledge the strikes.
No joy there for Lynn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Eugene tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lynn swivels and escapes.

Eugene is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lynn misses with a body shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lynn postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Eugene covers up, he's hurt! Lynn keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Lynn and the ref steps in to end the fight! Lynn can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
