The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donovan dives in and grabs Washington's left leg, looking for a takedown. Washington pushes down on Donovan's head and hops out.
Washington misses with a body shot.
Donovan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Donovan shoots in looking for a takedown. Washington tries to sprawl out of it but Donovan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Washington manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Washington displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Donovan.

Washington cracks Donovan with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Donovan tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Washington pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Donovan is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Denver Washington!
