Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between DepaC Pakamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alberto Diagana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diagana has chosen Judas Priest - Painkiller as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diagana tries to close the distance and clinch but Pakamara swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Pakamara decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Pakamara is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Diagana can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pakamara connects with a nice short shot to Diagana's temple.

Pakamara has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Pakamara lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Diagana down.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pakamara cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Diagana is rocked!

It looks like Alberto Diagana has been cut.
Pakamara loads up with a big shot that hurts Diagana! He's pulled Pakamara in close but Pakamara has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Diagana survive? More strikes from Pakamara and Diagana is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
