The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Driggs keeps Manhoef at a distance using the push kick.
Manhoef takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Manhoef throws a head kick but Driggs moves out of range.
Manhoef looks to land a combination. Driggs sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Driggs missing with a left hand there. Manhoef was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A slapping leg kick lands for Driggs.
Manhoef swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Manhoef misses with a straight left.
Manhoef misses with a looping left.
Manhoef checks a leg kick nicely.
Driggs throws a nice outside leg kick.
Manhoef cracks the inside of Driggs's front leg.
Manhoef gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Driggs lands with an uppercut that bounces Manhoef off the cage and back into range.
Driggs uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Manhoef.
Driggs tries to score with a low kick but Manhoef moves his leg out of the way.

Manhoef throws the kick towards the body but Driggs avoids it.

Manhoef misses with a hook. Driggs ducked under it nicely.

Driggs throws a sloppy head kick and Manhoef moves out of range easily.

Manhoef takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Manhoef throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Julio Driggs has been cut.
A bone on bone clash there as Manhoef blocks the leg kick.
Driggs throws a right hand that Manhoef ducks under and follows up with a left that Manhoef also avoids with ease.
Driggs throws a hook but Manhoef blocks it.
Manhoef on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Driggs fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Manhoef checks it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A slapping leg kick lands for Manhoef.
Driggs throws a head kick that half lands.
Manhoef lands a big head kick that sends Driggs to the canvas! Manhoef follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
