The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hoyhoy is defended easily by Silver.
Hoyhoy shoots in for a takedown but Silver shows good takedown defense.
Silver tries to clinch there but Hoyhoy circles away.
Silver tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hoyhoy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hoyhoy.

Silver gets tackled into the cage by Hoyhoy. Hoyhoy maintains the clinch.
Silver comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Silver would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Hoyhoy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hoyhoy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Silver tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Hoyhoy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Silver wants to improve his position here. There's a bit of a scramble and Hoyhoy has taken Silver's back! He's locked on a rear naked choke here and Silver has been forced to tap!
