Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lee Woo Jin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dmitry Saadiev!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woo Jin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Saadiev scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Woo Jin.
Saadiev takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Saadiev bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Woo Jin's head.
Saadiev stuffs the takedown.
Woo Jin throws a half hearted mid kick.
Woo Jin dodges the punch combination from Saadiev.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sloppy strikes from Woo Jin. Those never looked like landing.
Woo Jin shoots for a double leg takedown but Saadiev sprawls well. He's pushed Woo Jin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lee Woo Jin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fighters circle momentarily. Saadiev darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Saadiev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Woo Jin is trying hard to land a takedown here. Saadiev sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A solid leg kick lands there for Woo Jin.
Woo Jin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Saadiev scores with a hook to the body. Woo Jin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Dmitry Saadiev is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A telegraphed right hand from Woo Jin misses the target.
Woo Jin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.


It looks like Lee Woo Jin has been cut.
Woo Jin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Saadiev is fending him off so far but Woo Jin persists. Nope, Saadiev circles away and we're back to standing.
Woo Jin is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Woo Jin misses with a body kick.
Saadiev scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Saadiev misses with an uppercut
and Woo Jin counters with a head kick.
Lee Woo Jin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Woo Jin tries to bum rush Saadiev with a series of wild strikes but Saadiev uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Woo Jin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saadiev's waist but Saadiev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Woo Jin off to one side.
Woo Jin throws a series of punches but Saadiev moves out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Saadiev throws a solid leg kick but Woo Jin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Saadiev.
Saadiev has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Woo Jin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Woo Jin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Woo Jin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Saadiev tries to score with a low kick but Woo Jin moves his leg out of the way.
Woo Jin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saadiev's waist but Saadiev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Woo Jin off to one side.
Woo Jin really is a fat lump.
Woo Jin swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Saadiev makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Woo Jin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Saadiev circles away.
Saadiev scores with a hook to the body. Woo Jin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Woo Jin. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Woo Jin has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Oh Woo Jin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Saadiev is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Saadiev shuts the power down on Woo Jin. Lights out, game over! Saadiev is your winner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dmitry Saadiev!
A very excited looking Dmitry Saadiev rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
