The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dameshek uses good head movement to avoid the hook from The Coward.
The Coward leaves Dameshek with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
The Coward turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
The Coward throws a shot to the body.
Dameshek tries to clinch but fails miserably
and The Coward counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Dameshek tries to score a power double leg takedown but The Coward sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dameshek somewhat.
Dameshek misses with a takedown attempt
and The Coward counters with a nice right hand that sends Dameshek toppling to the canvas! Dameshek scrambles and gets back to his feet - can The Coward finish him?!
It looks like Dave Dameshek has been cut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dave Dameshek. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
and The Coward counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Dameshek! He's just covering up as The Coward starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
