Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Andersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rmarkas Fletcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Fletcher's choice of entrance music: Keep on Lovin Me Baby by Colin James. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Frank Andersson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 21 - 0, fighting out of London, Rmarkas Fletcher!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andersson throws a predictable looking body shot
and Fletcher counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Andersson throws a low kick but Fletcher avoids it.
Andersson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fletcher paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Andersson motions for Fletcher to come forward. Andersson throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Fletcher uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Andersson.
Andersson thows a left - swing and a miss!
An inside leg kick lands from Andersson.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fletcher.
No joy there for Andersson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Andersson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fletcher fails with a takedown attempt.

Frank Andersson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fletcher shoots in but no luck this time.

Fletcher is trying hard to land a takedown here. Andersson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Fletcher uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Andersson.

Andersson works over Fletcher's head and body with a nice combination.
Fletcher throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Fletcher throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Andersson was covering up waiting for the punch and Fletcher finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Andersson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Fletcher is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Andersson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fletcher's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Frank Andersson will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Andersson throws a lazy uppercut
and Fletcher counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Andersson thinking.
Fletcher uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Andersson.

Andersson swings for the body but Fletcher moves out of range.
Fletcher will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Andersson throws a series of punches but Fletcher avoids them all with ease.
Fletcher changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Andersson tries to avoid it but Fletcher manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Andersson to the ground. Andersson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Fletcher closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Andersson's guard.
Fletcher passes Andersson's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Fletcher wants to control but Andersson is keeping him busy.
Fletcher working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Andersson's thigh. Andersson counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Fletcher seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Andersson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Fletcher stands and throws Andersson's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Andersson parries the strikes from Fletcher easily there. Fletcher is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Andersson to escape.

Fletcher laying and praying for a moment but Andersson takes advantage and regains half guard.
Fletcher has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Fletcher wants to advance to full mount but Andersson doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Rmarkas Fletcher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
