The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dayz throws a lazy uppercut
and Dayz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dayz moves out of range of the strikes.
Dayz really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
Polunu scores with a shot to the body.
Dayz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Polunu lands with a kick to the ribs.
Dayz throws a right and a left that both miss.
Dayz takes a swing at Polunu's ribcage but misses.
Polunu goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Polunu takes a swing at Dayz's ribcage but misses.
Dayz slips a jab and a cross from Polunu.
Dayz scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Polunu throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dayz throws a chopping leg kick but Polunu manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Polunu throws an off balance right hand
and Dayz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Polunu is rocked!
Polunu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dayz.
Dayz drops Polunu with a big left hand! Polunu is injured, injured bad! Dayz jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
