Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diasaku Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Koscheck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida is looking to clinch but Koscheck is avoiding it.
Koscheck throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Machida darts in trying to clinch
and Koscheck counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Machida uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Koscheck.
Machida tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Machida avoids a punch combination nicely.
Koscheck scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Koscheck counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Koscheck circles away from the clinch attempt.
Koscheck throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Machida buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Some wild striking there from Koscheck.
Diasaku Machida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koscheck throws a series of punches but Machida moves out of range.

Koscheck drops Machida with a beautiful combination! Machida stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Koscheck is looking for the KO!

It looks like Diasaku Machida has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Machida throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Koscheck counters with a nice body shot.
Oh Machida is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Machida is breathing heavily.
Koscheck dances in with a quick combination. Machida is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Koscheck snaps Machida's head back. Machida stumbles backwards against the cage. Koscheck steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Machida's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Machida just didn't come prepared.
