The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farseer throws an off balance right hand
and Carter counters with a nice kick to the body.
Farseer is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Carter misses with a low kick.
Carter throws a wild body kick that Farseer sees coming a mile off.
Carter attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Good exchange - Farseer coming out on top.

It looks like Shawn Carter has been cut.
Farseer takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Farseer throws a hook but Carter avoids it easily.
Farseer takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Carter is looking to land body kicks.
Farseer tried to score with a low kick but Carter checks it.
Carter delivers a nice body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Farseer falls off balance throwing a combination
and Carter counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Farseer shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Carter defends it nicely.

The fighters circling - Farseer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Carter lands a leg kick that knocks Farseer off balance momentarily.
Carter throws a leg kick which misses Farseer's front leg but catches the back leg as Farseer tries to avoid it.

Carter punishes Farseer's body with a nice straight punch.
Carter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Farseer fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Carter throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Farseer lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Carter motions for Farseer to come forward. Carter throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Carter uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Farseer.

Farseer closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Carter quickly recovers to half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Carter regains full guard. Nicely done.
Carter looking for a sweep. Not yet Carter, not yet.
Carter is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Carter utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Carter has control of Farseer's left arm, preventing Farseer from doing any damage.

Farseer manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Carter manages to get himself to full guard.
Carter wants to hit a switch here but Farseer passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Carter there!
Carter wants to hold on but Farseer pushes him away.
BOOM! Farseer connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Carter wants to get back to his feet.
Farseer lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That has opened up Shawn Carter's cut even more.
Farseer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Farseer lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The cut above Shawn Carter's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Shawn Carter's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
