The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laurent moves out of range of the body kick from Salwa.
Salwa cracks Laurent with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Frederic Laurent has been cut.
Laurent throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Laurent avoids the body shot from Salwa.
Laurent misses with a body shot.
Salwa throws a big shot that misses.
Laurent tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Salwa was well out of range. Poor timing from Laurent.
Laurent ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Salwa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Laurent.

Laurent moves into range and clinches up with Salwa.
Salwa misses with the head strike.
Salwa throws a head punch that misses.

Laurent breaks from the clinch.
Salwa thows a body kick. Laurent tries to catch it but that hurt him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice jab there from Laurent.
A chopping leg kick lands by Salwa.

Salwa tries to land a front kick but Laurent steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
The fighters circling - Laurent throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Salwa misses with a body shot.
Laurent delivers a nice body kick.
The crowd cheers as Salwa lands an impressive looking overhand right. Laurent doesn't seem phased though.

Laurent lands a nice leg kick that just misses Salwa's sensitive parts.
Laurent clobbers Salwa with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Salwa connects with a nice looking jab.

A left lands for Laurent.
Salwa ducks under a wild hook from Laurent.
A decent looking cross lands there for Salwa.
Laurent looks to score with a jab to the body but Salwa is just out of range.

Salwa lands a head kick. Laurent smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Salwa scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Laurent is still on wobbly legs! Can Salwa finish him?
Laurent looks winded!
Laurent drops his hands momentarily and Salwa needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Laurent just on the top of the head. Laurent drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Laurent - he's done!
