The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strykzilla is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Strykzilla moves to clinch but Velasquez breaks away
and Velasquez counters with a nice body shot.

Strykzilla pushes Velasquez up against the cage in a clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Strykzilla.
Velasquez prevents a takedown attempt there.
Velasquez pushes Strykzilla back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Velasquez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Strykzilla tries to close the distance and clinch but Velasquez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Velasquez counters with a head kick. That will keep Strykzilla thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and as Strykzilla loses concentration momentarily, Velasquez counters with a picture perfect head kick! Strykzilla goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
