The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marailov closes the distance but Vidzis moves to the side
and Vidzis counters by moving into the clinch.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vidzis can do anything to dispel that myth.

Marailov lands a left and a right that send Vidzis crashing to the mat, dazed. Marailov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
