The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Vitalenko.
A solid leg kick lands there for Slinga.
Slinga throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Slinga scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Slinga buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Gun Slinga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slinga tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Vitalenko is able to avoid easily.
The fighters circling - Slinga throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Vitalenko feints and then cracks Slinga's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Slinga down.
Vitalenko chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Slinga can pounce on him.

Slinga cracks Vitalenko with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Vitalenko looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Slinga finish him?

It looks like Jurij Vitalenko has been cut.

Slinga throws a looping overhand right but Vitalenko ducks down to avoid it.
Slinga lands a leg kick that knocks Vitalenko off balance momentarily.
Slinga lands with a nice body kick.
Slinga cracks Vitalenko with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Vitalenko falls to his knees and Slinga doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
