The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell throws a hook to the side of Speed's head but Speed sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Speed fails with a takedown attempt.
Mitchell just misses with a punch to the body.
Mitchell lands the left hand.
Mitchell misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mitchell misses with a double jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Mitchell misses the target.
Speed misses with a takedown attempt - Mitchell sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Speed misses with a body kick.
Speed with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mitchell to score with a decent uppercut.
Mitchell swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Speed scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
