Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roene Dekker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tarmo Hovi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hovi has chosen Die for Metal as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dekker is looking to clinch but Hovi is avoiding it.
Dekker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hovi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dekker on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hovi. Hovi obviously looking to wear him down.

Dekker chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hovi can pounce on him.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dekker is defended easily by Hovi.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hovi cracks Dekker on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Dekker falls backwards against the cage. Hovi follows up with more strikes that drop Dekker to his knees. Hovi keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Dekker! This one is all over!

Tarmo Hovi spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
