Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Jones Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clay Matthews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthews tries to clinch up
and Jones Jr counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Jack Jones Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Matthews fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jones Jr, pushing him back against the cage.
Matthews breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Matthews connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
