Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bruce McBrain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zhao Zhuo!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhuo tries to clinch up but McBrain circles away and keeps his distance.
McBrain leaves Zhuo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Zhuo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McBrain's guard.
Zhuo is fighting to break McBrain's control of his arms but McBrain is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McBrain bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Zhuo's guard.
McBrain won't allow Zhuo to sweep him here.
Zhuo thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Zhuo has McBrain pulled in close to control his posture.
Zhuo throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
McBrain slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bruce McBrain.
McBrain throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Zhuo throws a body punch but McBrain moves out of range.
McBrain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zhuo.
McBrain turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Zhuo throws a looping overhand right but McBrain ducks down to avoid it.
Zhuo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Zhuo lands a really nice looking cross but McBrain seems unphased.
Zhuo shoots in for a double leg but McBrain sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Bruce McBrain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zhao Zhuo.
McBrain dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zhuo. That did some damage!
Zhuo is trying hard to land a takedown here. McBrain sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
McBrain swings for the body but Zhuo moves out of range.
McBrain displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zhuo.
McBrain fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bruce McBrain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Zhuo tries to keep at a distance but McBrain has taken the fight into the clinch.
McBrain prevents Zhuo from breaking the clinch.
Zhuo tries to circle away but McBrain has him pinned against the cage.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from McBrain.

McBrain pushes Zhuo back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Zhuo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McBrain walks away with a smile on his face. Zhuo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
McBrain throws a quick inside leg kick.
Zhuo throws an overhand right that lands on McBrain's shoulder, as McBrain tries to avoid the shot.
McBrain moves into range and connects with a jab.
McBrain uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Zhuo.

McBrain misses with a body shot.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Zhuo.
McBrain misses with a looping left.
McBrain digs a good hook to Zhuo's body.
A chopping leg kick lands by McBrain.
McBrain throws a low kick but it's checked well by Zhuo.
McBrain wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

McBrain connects with a right hand. Zhuo shakes it off.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McBrain lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Zhuo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Zhuo seems to have recovered his senses.
Bruce McBrain is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
McBrain lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Zhuo throws a hook to the side of McBrain's head but McBrain sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McBrain stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McBrain wants it to stay on the feet.

McBrain takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Zhuo takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
McBrain throws a nice inside leg kick.

McBrain lands a big right hand that sends Zhuo crashing to the mat! McBrain stays standing though and waves Zhuo back to his feet!
McBrain buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Zhuo is aggressively charging in as McBrain backs up avoiding any damage. McBrain tosses out a jab and Zhuo runs right into it face first! Zhuo is out cold! McBrain dropped down on all fours and is barking in Zhuo's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
