The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Page.
Page looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Page fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rose, pushing him back against the cage.
Rose takes a shot to the head.
Page trying to land knees to the body.
Rose is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Rose dodges an elbow strike from Page.
Rose is looking to break free of the clinch but Page has double underhooks.

Page breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rose shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Page works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Rose is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rose tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Page swivels and escapes.
Oh Rose is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rose really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rose shoots for a double leg takedown but Page sprawls well. He's pushed Rose's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Derrick Rose. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Page moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Rose seems to have got his legs back now.
Rose is breathing heavily.
Page closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Rose! Page dives in looking to finish! Rose is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
