Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drake darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Harvey is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Harvey is controlling Drake's trapped leg to prevent Drake from advancing to side control.
Drake is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Drake seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Harvey for as long as he can get away with.
Harvey is staying active underneath Drake, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because John Drake just wasn't active enough.

Drake closes the distance and clinches up with Harvey, looking for a takedown. Drake pushes Harvey against the cage but Harvey circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Harvey lands a head kick. Drake smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Drake throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Harvey was covering up waiting for the punch and Drake finishes the takedown easily into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Drake jumps guard and drags Harvey to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Harvey leaves Drake with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Drake changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Harvey tries to avoid it but Drake manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Harvey to the ground. Harvey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Drake is rocked!
Harvey displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Drake.
Oh Drake is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Drake finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Harvey's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Drake falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
