The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyunkell tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Connor manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Connor throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Dai Kyunkell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Connor scores with a sloppy right hand. Kyunkell should have avoided that one.

It looks like Dai Kyunkell has been cut.
Connor lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Connor tests Kyunkell's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Connor dips to his left and cracks Kyunkell with an uppercut!
Kyunkell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Connor paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kyunkell moves in looking to clinch but Connor pushes him off.

and Connor counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kyunkell walks forward, straight into a front kick from Connor.
Connor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Kyunkell gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Connor.
Connor is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Kyunkell tries to clinch but Connor moves away
and Connor makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Connor cracks Kyunkell with an open hand slap.

Kyunkell is rocked!
Kyunkell leaves his chin hanging out and Connor seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Kyunkell crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
