Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Grozni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soa Palelei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Grozni might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Миша Маваши - &. Palelei is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Miracle - We Ain't Scared. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Soa Palelei!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Valeri Chadov and Sergei Dronov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palelei uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Grozni.

Grozni manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Palelei on his heels. He'll look to pass Palelei's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Grozni wants to control from the top but Palelei keeps moving.
Palelei is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Grozni trying to control but Palelei is working from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Palelei is on top in guard.
Palelei throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Grozni works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Palelei throws a strike but Grozni rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Palelei moves in looking to clinch but Grozni pushes him off.
Palelei walks into a jab.
Palelei feints and then cracks Grozni's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Grozni down.

Palelei throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Grozni ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Grozni scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Palelei displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Grozni.

and Palelei makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Grozni really felt that one!
Grozni lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Palelei lands a glancing blow to the side of Grozni's head.
Grozni throws a looping overhand right but Palelei ducks down to avoid it.
Grozni lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Palelei circles away quickly and effectively.
Grozni fails with a takedown attempt.
Palelei is looking to clinch.
Palelei misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Grozni.
Grozni shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Palelei as he jumps to the side.

Palelei creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Grozni's defenses.
Palelei struggles to land a body shot inside as Grozni controls his hands.
Palelei creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Grozni's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Grozni drops to his knees and Palelei pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
