Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hitokiri Batosai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Ruas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Batosai comes to the cage accompanied by Kenshin's Theme. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruas walks forward, straight into a front kick from Batosai.
Batosai throws a sloppy head kick and Ruas moves out of range easily.
Ruas throws a hook to the side of Batosai's head but Batosai sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ruas jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Batosai lands a big head kick that sends Ruas tumbling to the mat! Batosai takes a step backwards and waves Ruas back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ruas is rocked!

It looks like Matheus Ruas has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Batosai throws a head kick that misses.
Ruas is still on wobbly legs! Can Batosai finish him?
Ruas jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ruas throws a big shot that misses.

Batosai clinches up against the cage.
Ruas is trapped in a tight thai clinch here. Batosai pulls him left and then right before unleashing a vicious knee to the head. Oh damn - Ruas is out cold! That's some serious business! What a knockout!
