The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hempsall throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease.
Jones takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
It looks like Arial Jones has been cut.
Hempsall thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jones blocks a jab.
Jake Hempsall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice shot lands for Jones.
Hempsall connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jones's hands.
The fighters circling - Hempsall throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hempsall throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Jones counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hempsall missing with a left hand there. Jones was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jones closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hempsall quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jones is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Hempsall is trying to stand.
Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hempsall does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jones throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Jones wants to free his trapped foot but Hempsall is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Hempsall is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily.
Jones wants to take a breather but Hempsall is having none of it.
Jones thows a huge punch but Hempsall dodges it nicely.
Hempsall is holding on to half guard well.
Hempsall is trying to control but Jones manages to pass to mount!

Jones is working for a guillotine from mount but Hempsall frees his head quite easily.
Jones lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jones with shots to the head and body - Hempsall looks very uncomfortable down there.
Hempsall is rocked!
Jones is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Hempsall goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Jones!
