Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Possu Jokinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshiro Montero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montero has chosen Danzig - Mother as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jokinen misses with a few strikes there.
Jokinen throws a body punch but Montero moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Jokinen misses the target.
Montero closes the distance and clinches up with Jokinen, looking for a takedown. Montero pushes Jokinen against the cage but Jokinen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Montero misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jokinen missing with a left hand there. Montero was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Montero takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Montero accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Montero connects with a nice short shot to Jokinen's temple.

After the fight, Toshiro Montero was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
