Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom Yellow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krwawy Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lopez has chosen DJ Kronic feat. Bombs Away - Looking For Some Girls as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yellow throws a sloppy head kick and Lopez moves out of range easily.
Lopez checks a leg kick.
Yellow takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Lopez throws a leg kick which misses Yellow's front leg but catches the back leg as Yellow tries to avoid it.
Yellow looks to land a combination but Lopez avoids it well.
Lopez bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Yellow's head.
Lopez lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Lopez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Yellow can pounce on him.
Lopez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Tom Yellow has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Lopez moves away from the strike by Yellow.
Lopez's jab looks to have found its range, popping Yellow under the eye.
Yellow slaps away a takedown attempt from Lopez, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Lopez throws a hook to the side of Yellow's head but Yellow sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Yellow throws a solid leg kick but Lopez takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Yellow.

Lopez takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Tom Yellow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lopez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Yellow - the referee stops the clock and Lopez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Yellow. Lopez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Lopez steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Yellow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yellow throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Lopez lands a jab to the head.
Tom Yellow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A lazy left from Lopez finds it's target.
Lopez lands a slapping body shot.
Lopez jabs Yellow to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Lopez misses with a wild body shot.
Lopez takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

and Lopez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Yellow's guard.

Lopez uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Yellow has time to react.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Yellow lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Lopez lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Yellow falls backwards - clearly groggy! Lopez dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Krwawy Lopez decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
