Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Phan Tran Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Query (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Le's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dukes of Hazard Theme Song - Waylon Jennings. Nate Query has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Phan Tran Le's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

25 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Nate Query!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Le misses.
Query dives in and grabs Le's left leg, looking for a takedown. Le pushes down on Query's head and hops out.
Query tries to clinch but Le is having none of it.
Le tries to bum rush Query with a series of wild strikes but Query uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Le misses with a body shot.
Le stuffs the takedown.
Le steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Query.
Le listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Query takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Le tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Le throws a sloppy head kick and Query moves out of range easily.
Le throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Query's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Le with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Le misses with a hook from the clinch.
Le with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Le tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Le throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Query blocks it with crossed arms.
Query fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Phan Tran Le has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nate Query.

Le wants to get back to striking at distance but Query won't allow it.
Le prevents Query from breaking the clinch.

Query gets control of Le's arms and successfully pulls guard. Query will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Query is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Query bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Le's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Query postures up in Le's guard and throws a big left but Le blocks it.
Query drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Query jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Le on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Le tries to get out of the position.
Le is looking to sweep but instead, Query has passed into half guard.
Query missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Le wants to get back to full guard but Query has mounted him!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Le is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Le defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Query.
Query swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Le is now in Query's guard. A big mistake from Query there, giving up the dominant position!

Query looking for a guillotine here but Le defends easily.
Le throwing strikes from guard but Query blocks nicely.
Query working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Le doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Le manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Query looking to hit a scissor sweep but Le is one step ahead there.
Le wanted to stand there but Query had control of the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Query has his feet on Le's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Query avoids the head kick by Le.
Query throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Le.
Query scores with a hook to the body. Le takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Query is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Le.
Query fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Le manages to avoid it.
Le throws a nice head kick!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Query fails with a takedown attempt.
Le swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Phan Tran Le is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Le drives through and clinches with Query against the cage.
Query is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Le to keep the fight standing.
Le tries to throw a body punch but Query avoids it by throwing Le back against the cage.
Le manages to break the clinch.
Query throws a right hand that Le ducks under and follows up with a left that Le also avoids with ease.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Phan Tran Le will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Le instigates a clinch.
Le fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Le with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Query jumps guard but Le stands there with Query around his waist. Query gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Le throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Query manages to break the clinch.
Query misses with a combination
and Le counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Query is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Query will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Le with a nice cross.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Le counters with a good low kick that Query was not able to check.

Le throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Query shoots in for a takedown but Le shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Le throws a head kick but Query moves out of range.
Le moves into the clinch.
Query breaks from the clinch.
Query takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Le throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Query's head.
A punch combination from Query misses.
A punch lands to the side of Query 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Le takes a swing at Query's ribcage but misses.
Query tries to clinch there but Le circles away.
Le lands with a kick to the temple. Query shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Query does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Le throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Query pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Query fails to land with a series of punches.
Le dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Le throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Le throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Query.
Le lands a head kick. Query smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Le pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Le throws a series of punches but Query avoids them all with ease.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Query walks forward, straight into a front kick from Le.
Le misses with a two punch combination.
Le gets a clinch.
Query takes a shot to the head.
Le misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Query.
Query jumps guard.
Query looking to hit a scissor sweep but Le is one step ahead there.

Query has his foot on Le's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Le works his way back into a safe position though.

Query has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Le has passed into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Le stands up.
Le throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Query's head.
Query will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Le connects with a jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

A nice left hand lands by Le.
Le lands a left hand that snaps the head of Query backwards.
Query is trying to break the clinch but Le is controlling him.
Le creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Query's defenses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Phan Tran Le dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Le lands a big head kick that sends Query tumbling to the mat! Le takes a step backwards and waves Query back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Le lands with a good body shot.
A solid leg kick lands there for Le.
Le connects with a body shot that sends Query's belly button to the back.
Query takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Query doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Le is looking to wear down Query with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Le has cracked Query with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Le lands another huge swinging hook and Query tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Query, before Le can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Phan Tran Le!
A very excited looking Phan Tran Le made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
