Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Osama Burhani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Wilcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilcon throws a jab but it's blocked by Burhani.

Wilcon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Burhani quickly recovers to half guard.

Burhani is staying active underneath Wilcon, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Burhani drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Burhani jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Wilcon wants to sweep here but Burhani controlling him for the moment.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Wilcon is staying active underneath Burhani, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wilcon tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Burhani has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
