Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fast Frank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Howard Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fast Frank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Howard Li!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frank avoids a punch combination nicely.
Frank moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Howard Li has been cut.
Li misses with a wild combination.
A right-left combo lands from Li.
It looks like Fast Frank has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Li lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Frank is rocked!
Frank changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Li tries to avoid it but Frank manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Li to the ground. Li escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oh Frank is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sloppy strikes from Li. Those never looked like landing.
Frank seems to have got his legs back now.
Li throws a head kick but Frank moves out of range.
Li throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Frank.
Li lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Frank circles away quickly and effectively.
Frank moves into the clinch.
Frank drops down looking for an ankle pick but Li pulls his leg out and moves away.
Frank fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fast Frank. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Li lands a left and a right that send Frank crashing to the mat, dazed. Li thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Li thuds a left hand into Frank's body.
A head kick from Frank lands but Li takes it in his stride.
Li throws a nice looking combination but Frank bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Frank shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Li napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Li looks winded!
Li sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Li is trying to stand up here but Frank is controlling him well.
Frank tries to pass to full mount but Li defends it.
Frank is looking to stall here but Li recovers full guard.
Li can't keep his opponent in guard - Frank advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Li tries to get to full guard but Frank has control of the leg.
Li wants to get back to his feet.
Li is trying to get back to full guard.
Well, if Frank is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Li looks like he's trying to stand up.
Frank trying to mount his opponent but Li defends it.
Frank perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Fast Frank.
Frank takes one on the button.
Frank tries to score a power double leg takedown but Li sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Frank somewhat.
Frank looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Li. No joy for Frank on that attempt.
Frank shoots in for a takedown but Li shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A right-left combo lands from Li.
Frank loses concentration momentarily and Li pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Frank crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Li finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Howard Li!
