PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sellus Gravius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Po Panda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gravius comes to the cage accompanied by Morrowind. Panda is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kung Fu Fighting by Carl Douglas. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gravius motions for Panda to come forward. Gravius throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Panda checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Panda feints and as Gravius raises his hands in defense, Panda changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Gravius working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Panda doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Panda manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Gravius is looking to escape.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Panda cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gravius wants to hold on but Panda pushes him away.
Gravius is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Gravius is bucking up trying to escape but Panda cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Gravius is rocked!
Panda lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Gravius! Panda sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Gravius and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
