Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Skins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Coates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coates has chosen RAWR as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sergio Coates!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coates gets caught napping as Skins dives in and scores a takedown. Coates manages to retain guard.
Coates controls Skins momentarily but Skins frees himself.
Coates throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Skins wants to control from the top but Coates keeps moving.
Skins forces his way into half guard.
Coates looks like he's trying to stand up.

Coates makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Skins swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Skins looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Skins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Coates shoots in for a takedown but Skins shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Coates.
Skins dives in and grabs Coates's left leg, looking for a takedown. Coates pushes down on Skins's head and hops out.
Coates wants to clinch up but Skins keeps it at a distance.

Coates shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Skins as he jumps to the side.

Skins closes the distance and clinches up with Coates, looking for a takedown. Skins pushes Coates against the cage but Coates circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Coates wants to pass to mount but Skins is defending the position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Skins is pressing down on Coates's thigh, looking to free his foot. Coates is holding on for now.
Skins throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Coates has his foot on Skins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Skins works his way back into a safe position though.

Nice straight punches there by Coates. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Coates.
Skins looks to land a combination but Coates avoids it well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

I would just about give that final round to Sergio Coates.
Well Coates has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
